HAEMOPHILIA B (FACTOR IX) - MUTATION SCREEN

Haemophilia B is due to a deficiency of Factor IX and known as Christmas Disease.

Haemophilia B is inherited in the same way as Haemophilia A, but five times less common. It can only be differentiated from Haemophilia A through a blood test.
